The program

JP Home Partners Appointment Alerts is run by JP Home Partners, a brand of Black Bear Digital LLC. When you request a free estimate on jphomepartners.com and check the box to receive text messages, we text you about that request: confirmation that we received it, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your questions.

Separately, when you request an estimate we text a one-time code to confirm your phone number. That code is sent only because you asked for it.

We don't send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message box on our estimate form and submitting it. The box is never pre-checked, and texting consent is not a condition of any purchase or of getting an estimate.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 5 messages per estimate request.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.
Reply HELP for help, or email jordan@blackbearleads.com.
To start receiving texts again after opting out, reply START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
